Feb looks pretty good, definitely adding these to the case.

There was one weird part where Stephanie Sheh actually sings an excerpt from Fuwa Fuwa Time in Japanese. Though Bandai did dub the songs to include as extras on the original Blu-ray volumes for Season 1.

Volume 2 had Cristina Vee (Mio) singing 'Fuwa Fuwa Time' with Stephanie Sheh (Yui) doing backup vocals, Volume 3 had Stephanie Sheh singing 'My Love is a Stapler' with Vee doing backing vocals and Volume 4 was Sheh singing 'Brush Pen Ballpoint' with Vee doing backing vocals. They all sounded kind of amateurish but in a cute, endearing way. Plus the lyrics they came up with were pretty catchy.

But they won't be doing anything like that with Love Live. None of the foreign language dubs for so far have dubbed over the songs (Even though Tony Oliver, the ADR Director of the English version, has a background in musical theatre) so I'm thinking that Sunrise just straight up told everyone 'No, you can't dub the songs'. Guess it'd be difficult to sell CDs if the voices on the TV and the Blu-rays were different to the voices on the CDs.

Not to mention it'd make casting for the dub a nightmare. Getting 9 people who are good at singing, good at acting and on top of that have the right vocal range for the roles in question would be near on impossible. Adapting song lyrics into English and mixing the vocals of 9 different people in a way that sounds even half as good as the original would be no small task either.

Hell Verse producers tossed out Kubo's ideas so this movie is not as good as could be but still great.

No, both season 1 & 2 of Love Live got a dub. Thats why they re-released season 1 but only a normal BD release not a re-release of the LE :/.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't have an english dub
