Yeah, Ocean Waves is underrated for Ghibli. I can kind of see why because it doesn't have one of their big directors and deviates from the fantasy, but you'd think it would get a little more attention from non-Ghiblis or something. At the very least Cat Returns being higher is weird, as most people think of it as meh Ghibli.
